FAQs
The Certified Momentum Coach (CMC) program is designed to be flexible for working professionals. Participants can expect weekly live sessions (virtual or in-person, depending on cohort), applied practice between sessions, and a short capstone tied to real-world coaching or workforce scenarios. Most participants complete the certification in 6–8 weeks, depending on cohort pacing.
Both. CMC is offered through:
-Virtual cohorts (direct-to-consumer enrollment managed by Lenore Coaching)
-In-person or hybrid cohorts for organizations sponsoring certifications for their teams.
Delivery format varies by cohort and organizational needs.
No prior coaching certification is required. CMC is built for workforce professionals, career coaches, program managers, educators, and organizational leaders who support career readiness, job success, and career advancement. The curriculum is practical, applied, and meets participants where they are.
Momentum provides structured coaching frameworks, tools, and playbooks that help coaches and organizations support goal-setting, job search strategy, workplace readiness, retention, and career advancement. The model is designed to create more consistent outcomes across workforce programs and coaching teams.
Licensing allows individuals and organizations to implement the Momentum framework inside internal programs, cohorts, and teams. This includes using tools, worksheets, and coaching models, and training additional staff based on license tier. Licensing does not allow resale or white-labeling without written permission.
